The house is available from the beginning of May to the end of August and is only available for four months renting. You need to pay an extra month's rent as a deposit, which will be deducted as the last month's rent.  Therefore, you do not need to pay the rent again in the last month.  For the rest of the months, please pay on the first of each month. The rent includes utilities and Internet.
