FYI- I am currently paying $1175 for the room, so I am offering you a discounted price. Please keep in mind that the master bedroom does not have any windows because the glass door that separates it from the den is covered in pink wallpaper to give privacy to the person living in the den as well as the person living in the master bedroom. This hasn’t been a problem for me as I usually work during the day and I bought a bright, white tube light that lights up the room pretty well. Plus I am usually at work during the day. There is a girl living in the den. You will share common area, kitchen, and bathroom with her. She works from home. The whole place is furnished.
