1 house in which we are renting 4 bethrooms just for girls. 1 shared bathroom for 3 rooms and 1 individual bathroom for one of the rooms  

The amenities include a pool, a soccer field and a kids park. There is a Neighboor Walmart 15 minutes and the US 192 10 minutes away by car. 

About the rooms:

Room A: 1 room with private bathroom. Closet included. Parking is included in the garage. Negotiable 1400 USD

Room B, C and D: 1 room with shared bathroom. Closet included. Parking may be included in the garage if Room A is not occupied. Negotiable 1200 USD

Lease terms: 

The first and last month should be paid including the security deposit in case something gets damaged (Money order should be handled.)

First month is a trial period to test how coexistence works. If the renter does not fit in the first month, last month money will be returned.

Terms:  

- Only girls are accepted.   

- Internet, dishwasher, AC and washer-dryer laundry is available. 

- If you have your own furniture, you can also bring it!

- No smoking allowed. 

- We can't accept pets.   

- It's important to maintain the room and social areas clean and organized.

- You can leave your bicycle in the garage if you have one
