Hi everyone! I am relocating for work and am looking for people to take over my 2 Bed/2 Bath apartment lease at Alta Purl! This apartment is located in Optimist Park, less than a 5-minute drive from Uptown Charlotte and less than a 10-minute drive from South End. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and is right across the street from Birdsong Brewing and Rosie's Wine Garden & is just a short walk down the street from Optimist Hall!

Move-in would be mid-October 2023, and the total base rent is $2061/month. The lease runs until February 14th 2024 with the option to renew/extend later through the apartment complex. If anyone is interested, please message me and let me know!
