Unfurnished, will be taking everything with me. Current lease includes an 8x10 storage unit on the first floor approximately 100 feet from the apartment. Back patio faces the dog park area, gated with a code to access back area. Nice neighbors and back patio area for furniture. Great to work from home, nook in bedroom is currently closed off with curtains for a desk and chair area. Big closet space. Tall ceilings, approximately 13 high and hardwood floors are included. Parking garage is access with a key fob and/or gate code. Amazon lockers for packages and mail room is close by to the apartment as well. If you do not have pets, that is $50 off the rental price. If you do not want the storage unit that is $60 off the rental price. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment, no carpet. Tile in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit with storage on top of each.
