It's located only 3 minutes walk away from Southern Cross Station, 5 minutes walk from Coles and Asian Supermarket at Spencer Street, It's also within walking distance from Casino and Melbourne Central. Because this is in the free tram zone, so you don't need to pay if you take the tram from the residence.
