I am looking for a roommate for the master bedroom in a 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom condo in the Varsity neighborhood (3950 46 Ave NW). So, You will have your private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one Den, Balcony, BBQ, In-suite Laundry, and Lots of spots in front of the building to park your car. The newly built building is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and secure.

Your share is $950/month, including heat, electricity, and water! The unit has already been furnished!
