Hello! I am looking for someone interested in taking over my portion of the lease on a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Brookline, MA. Ideally the lease would start in January through July 31st. There are currently two other early twenty year olds living in the apartment. One is senior at Berklee College of Music and the other is a full time staff member at harvard University. Neither are around very often, but both are very fun, outgoing, and tidy individuals.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and the sale of bedroom furniture is negotiable. There is in-unit laundry and parking available for purchase through the landlord. The utilities are split evenly three ways, usually around $50 a month for electric, gas, and wifi. Rent would be $1308 each month.
