Hey everyone! I have a cozy bedroom available for rent in my 4 bed/2.5 bath home located near Plaza Midwood/Eastway area starting March 1.

I live here with 3 other professional males in our mid 20's. One of my current roommates has decided to travel the west coast for a few months, so his room will be opening up. When we aren't working, we enjoy having fun together - going out for happy hour, taking my boat out on Lake Norman, watching football, playing pickleball, or just hanging out and relaxing.

The available bedroom is located on the second floor with a large closet and shared bathroom with one other person. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and fireplace that offer plenty of common space to lounge. We also have a large backyard that's not fenced in. Currently there are no pets but we are open to considering a friendly, laid back dog. Rent before utilities and shared expenses is $900/month.

My ideal roommate would be a clean, professional male in his 20's who would help with upkeep of the common areas.
