I am looking to rent out a room in my Beautiful House in Decatur - Scottdale area. You will get a Furnished private room with attached washroom and walk-in closet. The house has total 4 Beds and 4 Washrooms. Kitchen, Family Room, Laundry Room, 2 Car Garage (+2 on Driveway) are common usage. There are 2 Study rooms as well for anyone to use and are equipped with desks and office supplies.

There are total 3 guys living in the place, off which 1 is moving out and I am looking for somebody to replace him. I am a single guy and I usually travel for work and also come stay at my home sometimes.

Rent: 850$Per Month + Utilities Shared Equally (Avg around 130$ pm per person)

From: July1st, 2024 to Dec 30th 2024 (extendable)

Location: East of Decatur on N. Decatur Road and close to Emory University, Decatur Square, 285 South (it takes 20 mins to airport normally). Marta buses come outside of the community, and Kensington Marta station is the nearest.
