Very quiet and peaceful apartment with backyard (20m2) in Benfica, Lisbon, with 1 double bedroom, large living room with office area, full kitchen and 1 full bathroom. There is one more room that will be closed, as it is an apartment inhabited by me and my son (the closed room belongs to my son). 

The backyard serves as the entrance to the kitchen and living room and is located at the back of the building, under other staircase backyards, so you can only hear the birds.

Well served by neighborhood services and commerce (there are also 2 mini-markets and 1 pharmacy 5 minutes away on foot) and the largest shopping center in the city right next door (Colombo), free parking and various public transport (15 minutes from the Metro and 20 minutes for train, as well as the city's main roads right at hand for access to Sintra, Costa da Caparica or the city center).

Benfica has a wide range of commerce and services, green spaces (the nearest garden is 5 minutes away on foot). Around two thirds of the Monsanto Forest Park, the largest green area in the city of Lisbon, is part of the parish of Benfica. There we can find the possibility of planning several itineraries on foot or by bicycle and discover the various unique places that the forest hides, such as the Monsanto Panoramic View, the Alto da Serafina Recreational Park or the beautiful views of Alameda Keil do Amaral.
