I currently have one bedroom in a two-bedroom, one bath unit at 1039 Mass Ave. However, I am moving across the country on July 22nd and am looking for someone to fill the room until the lease ends on Sept 1st.

The apartment has a really nice location, mid way between both Central and Harvard sqr. Either redline stop is about 10min walk away. Only a short walk from a plethora of restaurants, shops, and bars. Rent is $1,609 (excluding excluding electric bill) per person. Laundry is available in the basement. The building has a really cool vibe and I am honestly going to miss this place.

Since I'm moving cross-country, I won't be taking any furniture so thats available. My roommate is a super chill & smart; he's software engineer at google, great to live with.

I'm flexible. You could move in days before Aug 1st if needed and we can negotiate other stuff as well.
