Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, for 9 months till 4/12/2025, as I am moving out of state to go to grad school.

Rent $2500, utilities & internet are extra. Can be provided semi furnished (bed, table, dresser) at the best price.

The building is pet friendly and has parking available for purchase.
