Private room with shared bathroom for rent in South Tempe. $850 plus utilities. Available August 2024 to July 2025 with ability to renew 12-month lease. 

There are currently 4 girls (including myself) living here. We are all grad students or working full-time. Looking for a female professional who is 21+.

This is a very clean, non-smoking home. We do have pets (two cats and one service dog) and would prefer no additional animals.

The house is 2400 sqft with a pool and plenty of storage space. Street parking is easily available. This is a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood at Rural and Baseline with quick access to the 60 and I-10.

The bathroom will be shared with one other girl. The bathroom has double sinks and plenty of storage space. 

Very spacious kitchen with plenty of pantry and fridge space. 

Common spaces (living room and den) are furnished but could fit more items. The available bedroom is unfurnished, but some items (for example, the TV mount or clothing rack) could be left if you would like them. 

There is a designated den study area if you'd like to bring a desk or WFH setup.

This is a lease transfer (not a sublet) for one of the four spots on the lease. I would love to stay in the house but will be moving for my work!
