You would need to make 5k a month minimum to qualify and at least 500 credit score. Great for anyone who wants to be downtown and would like something for 6 months. Pool, gym, event space. Due to getting it for 3 months free, It is only 1596 a month total plus electric. But if you renewed you would have to talk to the leasing office to see what deals are available.
