The room is fully furnished with a bed, closet, a desk and chairs. 

The apartment is fully equipped & all inclusive:

- Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime and utilities are included

- Open kitchen with an oven & fridge

- Bathroom with a bath and WC

- 43-inch flat TV and lots of storage space

- Washer 

- Linens can be provided

It's available from now for short to medium stays only (1-4 months).

Students and international people are welcome.

Rent: 500€ per month + 100€ for the utilities
